I worked in the BPO Industry for 2 years as a Senior Customer Service Agent / Account and Sales Specialist with strong skills in Customer Service, Account Management and Client Retention. As a Customer Service Specialist, I’m tasked to do inbound and outbound calls with adept experience on the following but not limited to: Phone Management, scheduling outbound calls based on the agreement and requests of clients, and sending my End of Day Report to my Team Manager of the completion rate of tasks at the end of my shift. I am very detail-oriented and I take note of all tasks and make sure that all are delivered on time. I have my own laptop and my typing speed is at 70 WPM.
My past experience made the candidate qualified for this post because it did not just honed my knowledge and skills; it also honed my character towards work which includes being a good and cooperative team player and being an individual who’s not afraid to try out new things..
