I need some changes to an existing website and simple enhancements with joomla

I need some changes to an existing website. I have an existing website than is run with joomla software. It is a fairly new website that has not been fully complete. There are many 'small things' addons/adjustments that i need doing to the site i terms of functionality and SEO. I am looking for someone who is very familiar with Joomla and the way it works. I mysef am pretty good but looking for some good support in finishing the tasks. All of the jobs are very small but there is many things i would like to improve. To give you an idea i need some if the following things doing. Terms and conditions, privcy policy and reurns adding, I need social buttons adding to the site. I need some SEO snd some very basic confugurarions so that it is picked up by google. E.g. page title, page description, missing sitemaps. I need some new logos and artwork adding. Overall like i said there are many jobs but 'small jobs' my existing designer has left me in the lurch a little due to other work taken on. If the right person can successfully sort these things out then i may be looking to hire on a permanet basis when there are features and updates to be updated on the site regularly.
