Modifications on an website develoved in Joomla

I am working on a site made with a template of joomlart. The template is “JA Uber/ Church”. I need an expert in Joomla to finish some jobs at this site. The freelance must be ready to begin the work AT ONCE. First job - Description: There must be installed a component/module (proposed by freelance)for manage several files on pdf. The files will be added at backoffice by the administrator of the site to a directory. On front, must be shown the last 4 pdf. Them can be opened by a click, or downloaded, or resend by email. Also a link that shows on a new page the complete list of pdf. This pdf is like a “weekly newsletter”. Second job – Description: I need a “library”, managed also by admin on backoffice, with must contain files on pdf, doc, jpg, and mp4. The document must be registered with reveral tags: Title, Author, Description. This library must be shown on the bar menu, and open a search to find documents by criteria of date, tittle, author, description. There will be some small job to do on site. Them will be detailed to the freelance chosen, and paid as a different project.
