We are movers and we offer services and it's involve booking, scheduling, Logistic, management workers, customers and subcontractors, invoice to customer and contractors, also labor. Actually I have a website in godaddy and base in Joomla, also our customer add it all they info via form in my website: Customer contact via website then the customer fill this form send it to both an email, after I received the info I forward to them the quote with term and condition, when all the forward and back finish and he accept it the quote terms and condition. Convert the quote in a task: I copy this info to the calendar to remember this day we have this move. Previous add all info of the workers, divided in teams and what king of workers are. Offer to my workers the possibility to take the job: After that I assign who will do this job (driver and swamper) via goggle to be sure I reserved this guys for this specific day to do this job. Administration of the time when the job is in develop, and finish the time to do the calculation: The day arrive for the move, the guys arrive to the place and they text to the customer we arrive with this text we star the clock for the move, they finish the move the customer inspect our truck and we text again to the customer DONE, with this we stop the clock for they move. Calculation to do the invoice and payment for the customer: To clarified: excel sheet is use because I not have any other form to do it the calculus. that is part when is create the invoice. this time is transfer a excel sheet to do the calculation how much will paid the customer for they move, and we add it 1 hour or 1.5 hours depend in what zone they are of the traveling time,. Receive payments (optional I hire external company for the POS) to clarified: POS can be integrate but is not my priority jet. we receive the payment via POS and the POS send a prove of payment via email. the same day I copy from the form name and address to do the invoice. and we send it via email Yes, it's more application I want to run, like a app to my workers applied a what job are interested to do. are more details and things to do, but I would like to clarify all details when the time is come, thank you
