Fixed price per scraper - impossible. each website is different and each website's protection against scrapping is different. 3. Monthly retainer for maintaining the scrapers and environment - we can offer support and maintenance for 25$ per hour. We have a lot of experience with AWS. We will need many IPs from AWS or any other hosting to be able to scrap those websites without being treated as spam/attack by the websites firewalls.
