Job description<br />Listing Info<br /><br />Job Description<br />Java Developer Lead<br />General Requirements<br />• BS/MS Engineer in computer science or equivalent<br />• Good English for written and oral communications<br />• Excellent foundations of Object Oriented Languages, Java and Design Patterns<br />• Proactive and self guided that can work with offshore teams<br />• Experience or known potential to be a Team Lead for small development teams<br />• Can interacting with worldwide teams for requirement clarification, provide sizing, project status, and support development, testing and production<br /><br />• Minimum 3 Years Of Experience And Demonstrated Knowledge In Java Web Development Using<br /><br />Java<br />JSPs<br />Servlets<br />XMLs<br />Web Services and Rest Services<br />JDBC Connections and Querying databases from Java and SQL Queries<br />• Troubleshooting capabilities to investigate and resolve problems<br />• JavaScript and clear understanding of Ajax<br />• Knowledge/Experience with JavaScript frameworks like of Dojo or JQuery<br />Desirable skills<br />• Understanding of Tag Libraries<br />• Experience working with Eclipse<br />• Experience working with Rational Team Concert<br />Main Responsibilities<br />• Develop new requirements for existing applications<br />• Provided level 3 (development team) support to multiple applications<br />• Interact with worldwide teams for requirement clarification and testing<br />• Interact with Customers to clarify requirements, provide sizing’s and show results<br />• Manage the development team to high quality standards, administer the Sprint tasks and milestones<br /><br />  Eligibility RequirementsMain Responsibilities<br /><br />• Develop new requirements for existing applications<br />• Provided level 3 (development team) support to multiple applications<br />• Interact with worldwide teams for requirement clarification and testing<br />• Interact with Customers to clarify requirements, provide sizing’s and show results<br />• Manage the development team to high quality standards, administer the Sprint tasks and milestones
