I need a Google Script written that will allow a user to submit data in a google form such as an "email" and an "intake number" that will subsequently pull a folder (already created) on Google Drive named "intake number" and send all attachments as pdfs that are in that user selected folder. I am nowhere near as experienced with code and I've been trying for several hours to get something to work. I'm willing to provide what I have been working with thus far.

This shouldn't be too complicated. I've built similar automated scripts while working as a data analyst intern. It should only take a few hours of development and another few hours to test it.
