Summary: This application is to provide GCP (Google Cloud Platform) storage hosting of satellite image files to allow user(s) share and view satellite image files using Google Maps/Google Earth Engine. High level features: 1. Home Page (new user signup, login, language selector) 2. Login screen / Forget Password 3. New account user sign up screen (for the designated admin or first person in the user organization, this person pay subscription for the account and will be able to create unlimited number of users) 3.1 Paypal payment screen 3.2. Renewal, storage hosting upgrades, recurring billing screen (can be merged into 3.1 Paypal payment screen) 3.3. Profile (User Account self administration) 3.4. User Admin (for designed system admin to create/delete users or reset password) 3.5. Password self reset screen 3.6. System Admin (system admin to create free trial accounts and perform user account administration) 4. Main screen (after successful user login)- File browser/management, up/download and satellite image display screen Key criteria: - Experienced in Javascript, Google Cloud Platform ecosystem (datastore, nosql, app engine), Google Earth Engine, Google Map, - Paypal for payments of storage hosting, capacity upgrades, renewals subscription - OWASP top 10 web application vulnerability scanning e.g. github - JSON for multi language website (initially just English and Spanish) - Developer is overall responsible for configuring Google Cloud Platform to get application up and running - Must complete within 2 weeks.
