React / Angular work for Document storage/retrieve/ edit and Merge

Users will be provided provision for uploading , edit and save/merge the word document. User needs to upload the word document, open the word document in an editor to make changes upload the revised document with a version change. Admin/super user should review the version changes [as is] in a word document format and merge the changes. AddON: word document can be converted to any desired format in the back end but the formatting should not be lost.
