open the document

hi, - I need to write a functionality where User can open the attached documents by clicking on the Documents icon / name of the document displayed against each record. - right now I have a text box with save button and if your enter path of the file and hit save button....it saves in the gird . - when I clicked the name of the document in the grid I should open the document. - providing code in fiddle - and I need to integrate in my codebase.
