Make changes to irc applet, experience in Python and JavaScript.

The irc applet is based on the GNU software called "qwebirc". Which uses JavaSript frontend and Python backend. The changes that you have to do in the irc applet are: The applet must occupy only 2/3 of the screen. Remove the "status" tab. Make a main menu of 4 sections in the part where the applet does not appear. The applet must always running but will be hidden if it is not in the main section "chat". In the main section "search" to hide the applet (but remains running), here is a list of channels obtained from MySQL database and when you click on a channel from the list then you must go to the main section "chat" and join the channel in the applet.
