To create a Power BI report in Azure need to register my application with Azure Active Directory to allow my application access to the Power BI REST APIs. This allows me to establish an identity for my application and specify permissions to Power BI REST resources. Within the application, first need to get an access token, from Azure AD before I make calls to the Power BI REST API. And To get a Power BI report, need to use the Get Reports operation which gets a list of Power BI reports. From the list of reports, I can get report id. This access token is used when calling power bi embed. I did like this using my configuration- var config = { type: 'report', accessToken: accessToken, embedUrl: embedUrl } To make the REST API call, you must include an Authorization header in the format of Bearer. Then need to use JavaScript to load a report into a div element on my web page. Then need to set the admin part. Power BI service administrators can turn the ability to use the REST APIs, on or off for a tenant. Power BI admins can set this setting for the entire organization, or for individual security groups. It is enabled for the entire organization by default. Power BI has a multitude of Azure connections available, and the business intelligence solutions in which I can create with those services are as unique as my business. I can connect as few as one Azure data source, then to shape and refine my data to build customized reports. Ping me.

Apart from asp.net , I have good experience in MS Azure and PowerBI So you need a sample asp.net mvc application which should use Power BI reports in a web page. I will use your tenant id to login to azure portal for hosting the sample application in Azure and using Azure sql database or I can assist you in hosting the application and using azure sql server with sample application. Would that be fine ? For my previous work , please look into my portfolio. The recent two applications are hosted in azure. The Travel application I have developed is using cosmosDb (via documentDB), along with Azure functions. I have worked on another cloud based application which Works with Office365 API , retrieves emails , parses the attachments and saves it in Azure sql Database.
