Hello, I am a very experienced flash developer and I read your project details. It is usually hard to decompile complex SWFs to good working flash (FLA +acttionscript). Since your preference is to change to HTML5, I believe it would be easier to create new codes from scratch and create clean HTML5 widgest/pages to replace your SWFs.
