Build a project on Azure cloud on Iot and Machine Learning

I need someone who can build me a project on Azure cloud with the following features: A voice sample will be played on a device. Listening to the sample the system will be able to turn on or off a LED light attached to raspberry pi emulator. The solution needs to be built using azure Iot. you will need to provide a documentation on how you built the above. I need the project within tomorrow. So you will have 6-8 hours time to develop it.
