Blockchain Developer for EOS.io Token Smart Contracts

We require an experienced blockchain developer experienced in writing smart contracts for EOS based tokens. Ideally you understand how to code conditions for security like tokens such as dividends, voting and rewards. We need smart contracts coded for client ICOs and you need to be able to rapidly identify key requirements, information needed and time to develop the code. Please provide some examples of projects or smart contracts that you've written particularly in EOS and C++. Key features of the EOS smart contracts will be: -Creation of the token -Creation of the crowdsale contract -Tranches with different discount levels and fixed quantities -Allocation of tokens to team, suppliers, bounties, crowd -Method of payment for the EOS tokens -Method for owner to transfer tokens to recipients Provide solutions for an EOS compatible wallet as well.
