271107 PSD to Valid CSS & XHTML

((this is linotype from the exact same project- i don't know what happened to my account and i haven't heard back from ScriptLance, so I am not ignoring the messages, please write again!)) Hello, If you meet or exceed my expectations during our work together, then I will hire you non-stop for my other webdevelopment and webdesign projects. I am an ideal project manager, I am educated, clear, kind, friendly, generous, and respect everyone of all ages, races, religion, background etc. Through this project, I am looking to potentially hire someone full-time (at least part-time) for my other projects, AND I will encourage you to do whatever you want in your free time {work on other things, I am not controlling or selfish} Project: Take my PSD files and slice them into valid, concise CSS/XHTML. I will get that and hire someone to integrate it into Drupal. But for now this project is for the CSSing. Simple, not-complex, but I do require you to have master CSSing. The PSD to valid CSS/XHTML (all browser compatible) services that cost $30 or $250- they are ALL the same, we ALL know this- everyone ends up using the same $2/hr person to do the work, so higher cost doesn't equate to best quality. I AM LOOKING FOR SKILL. I am looking for clean, concise, VALID standards-compliant code! Please no unncessary ID's or extra markup, I know what great quality CSS is! :) :) High quality, clean, uncluttered, concise, valid CSS/XHTML are the requirements. The designs must render correctly in all recent and current browsers, IE, Firefox, Safari, The code must be organic, meaning it is hand-coded and not from automated software (Yes, I know of CSSing software). CSS Navigational Matrix. Removing flicker from rollover. IE fixes. IE PNG fix- these are ALL terms you should be familiar with. and will need to implement into the CSS/XHTML. IE 6+ compatible. There are a million things wrong with that, including the BG colour (supposed to be white), but you can see from that link that my layout is actually very simple, should take you no more than a few hours to do it. You also must be ADEQUATELY FLUENT in the English language. In my INSTRUCTIONS word document, I am precise and clear, and I expect you to be able to quickly understand the instructions and not waste any time with mistakes or not reading my instructions properly (this happened 2 times already, unfortunately) My budget for THIS CURRENT PROJECT right now is $50-$70US (I'm going to pick someone inexpensive but SKILLED), there are no crazy graphics everywhere, no crazy multiple backgrounds, very minimal graphics. Pretty much just one design, then the same design over and over, just with additional text links at the side. I will also give you a $10 bonus at the end if you are able to copy/paste the super-easy javascript I mention in my instructions file. **Very important** that you take 10-15 minutes to read the instruction file before proceeding. I have a number of PSD's and websites that must be converted into beautiful CSS/XHTML as well. You will be awarded with these projects and the possibility of a part-time position position if you do this well, depending on how quick you are. Upon finishing, please give me detailed hours + minutes on how long this takes for you, so I can figure out how many other projects to give you.
