Enhancements to Django app

I have a Django app powering a brochure site that has a registration form for potential customers. I need a skilled and experienced coder to upgrade the app in several aspects: • The registration form's fields should be slightly changed with the corresponding DB tables for storing the submissions updated, and client-side validation (JS) of the data should be added to the current server-side validations (valid email etc.). • After each field is filled, an AJAX request should submit that field so that we can understand at which part of the form visitors tend to abandon the registration form. • After submissions, an HTML email should be sent to the registrant's email address. The HTML should be chosen from several HTML (Django) templates according to simple criteria such as the registrant's country. The templates should receive the registrant's info for the name tag etc. • A new contact should be created for each new valid registrant in our HighRise CRM via the simple API provided ( [login to view URL] ) with a task to call ( [login to view URL] ). • The visit's path (page sequence and duration in each) should be saved for each visitor and added to the HighRise contact info. The code should be well commented and well tested. Although the app is relatively simple, part of the project will be to create a list of tests (manual or automated, as you prefer) that will have to be passed before you deliver the code. In other words, you should also do serious, standalone QA on the app before delivering it. In your bid please specify: (1) what is your experience with Django? and (2) how quickly can you finish this project? I need it completed quite quickly so a shorter timeline is a major advantage.
