CONTACT FORM FOR WEB PAGE PROJECT I currently use a version of MATT'S Archive cgi form scripts. MY NEEDS ARE DIFFERENT NOW Provide web page form code I will insert into pages on my domains with HTML or CGI or MYSQL or PHP capabilities on my online active web site servers. Minimum Needs: collect full name, email address, cell phone number; collect Street/City/State/Zip fields. Collect comment field. Cut down on spam, make data more useful to me. 1 - require a human being to enter an automatically generated code when they submit new FORM for my web page to me. { use captcha form code or similar idea ) 2 - save the data on my server(s) in a text file so that I can import name, address, email address, etc.., into my excel spreadsheet. 3 - allow reply to the person's email address who submitted when I get the form at my Yahoo and Godaddy online business email accounts. 4 - send an auto reply if I wish to. 5 - (optional) send a canned reply to submitter's cell phone address manually, if I decide I want to ask them for cell phone numbers. NOTE: this one is a (low cost)<$100 1-off deal. Give me a good price and I will hire you to do many other things I need, but this one is a priority right now.
