Single page CSS + HTML Coding with 3 Javascript effects

Need someone to do a "FIREWORKS layout to HTML" for a single page. You will need to make the css and the html coding with cross browsing. Will need to make 3 Javascript effects (think some can be downloaded and adapted for free) : 1) A vertical slider that will slide 2 div blocks every "X" seconds or when the user clicks at one arrow link. 2) Horizontal slider containing 1 div that slides every "X" seconds or when the user clicks at one arrow link. This banner needs to have some moviment like sliding text (from bottom to top) and fadding in image. 3) A effect similar to the one at "css winner .com" at the middle part of the page where you hover the images and the image slides down and a text content appears with links. Requirements: - NO tables, just DIVS - Cross Browsing (At least IE, Chrome and Mozilla)
