Modify Themeforest Admin Template for web application

I have a running prototype web application now, written using Django, and the html design was done by my friend. Now I would like to give it a design makeover, or at least more pleasant to see and use.

I saw this templates being sold at [url removed, login to view], they are not expensive, but requires some modification.

This is what I want from you:

1) Check out my website (it is a web app, so you gonna register first) and propose a design makeover solution.

2) You are free to modify from the Admin Theme from themeforest, or by any other means.

3) Produce a html / css / js / ajax template as final product.

Note: there are 2 components in the website, the web application is using Django, and content management (info pages) is using Wordpress. I just want to revamp the web application and NOT THE WORDPRESS component.
