Instruction how to build custom Linux with embedded Java (JVM)

I need source code(Linux kernel, drivers) on github for some Chinese cheap ip camera, Hikvision, Dahua, or someone from Aliexpress (outdor ip 67)

This task is research and discovery. And result is open source, for every one who want use Java with hobby projects in ip cameras.

Steps:

1. Find and make Linux kernel for ip camera hardware from source code (preferred Hikvision, Dahua)

2. Make instruction how to build this Linux firmware and share on github account for free access (with source code).
