Replicating online data retrieval of a Java application to .Net

The scope of the project is to replicate a single query of a java application to a .Net application. The Java application authenticates as follows:
1. User login to a website (We will provide a username/password)
2. There is a link to login to the application,on this page there i the username/token information that is provided, a JNLP file is being generated downloaded.
3. USer executes this file and it opens the Java application.
4. User enters a vehicle serial number (VIN) and receive information on that vehicle
Our goal is to automate the login/query process, so we can send a query from a c# application using the vehicle's serial number (VIN) and get the same information we would have received from the Java application.
Please note that we only look for coders who have relevant experience around this area. We have attached a document that shows how the process work, and sample copy of the JNLP file. We will ignore and block codes that will send us bids without specifing that they have relevant work experience with similar work.
Please also note that an HTTP sniffer will not sniff the Java queries, you will probably need lower level sniffer.
