I want to build an app where you can connect with your friends and start a leauge. You must be at least 10 players to start a leauge. Everybody starts with a budget and picks their team. The app is supposed to be free, but to be able to start a league everybody has to put the same amount of money in the pot, the winner of the leaugue then takes the money.
