We are a forwarding company and have several vans who delivers the packages in the country. What we needs, is developing an application to snap vans track log to the OSM map to analyze their distribution contribution. So, we have two layer (Vans track log file) and OSM map data and might snap the track log on OSM map with more than 95% accuracy. Note1: The Vans track log file accuracy is +_ 10 meter Note2: You can consider streets direction on map data for snapping Note3: We need the application source code, coded in one of the following programming language "C, C++, C#, Java, Python"
