Hello bidders, We require to build a desktop Application for one of our products. This program should work as below. - We have developed some video training in Adobe Flash, which run inside that specific adobe flash app. - We want this all adobe files to be running through or under the new built desktop app. - This should work like licensed software, once installed it shall require a one time license key. - Once the license key is entered then the user will be able to see the video and start training. - both application and license is for one use, in any case if the application is crashed and pc is crashed or new windows is being installed, then the user will have to buy the application again. - Application will be distributed through CD's and with each it will have one License or will have a one time self generating license, which ever is easy.
