Dataentry Project

This is plain vanilla skill set (very simple) data entry project in which we have volumes but with very less margin to work with. Our expectation is person should deliver results though automated way with big volumes. We have attached samples so would request to work on it and submit us as per attached instruction. Instruction would seem to bit big but its maximum 12 to 14 fields that need to be updated and once the logic is been established in process than big volumes can be archived. Input would be in JPG format and output should be in DBF format with best accuracy. In start six months according to volumes price would Rs. 800 per 2k forms.
