Create a bandoneon plugin for tuxguitar

I want to create a bandoneon plugin for tux guitar. The bandoneon is a diatonic (bisonoric) aleman instrument for germany ane its the principal instrument for play argentine tango.

The plugin must display the notes in a chart of the bandoneon, in the same way that tux guitar display from guitar and piano. Its important note that bandoneon has 4 diferent keyboards, 2 when its openini and 2 closing, the pluging must be capable for do this and recognize if its opening or closing for the music sheet.
