Build a Web base Membership management function for Multi Level marketing (Binary)

Multi Level Marketing (binary) membership management software – Phase 1 Build a web base admin function to for a large scale multi level marketing (binary) membership system. Window server 2008 environment MYsql, .NET, aspx, Visual studio, c# or Java. Runtime environment: amazon cloud EC2. There will be opportunity to develop a few mobile apps for this project in the next phase. The requirement are: Description of requirement a) Window server 2008 environment MYsql, .NET, aspx, Visual studio, c# or Java b) Runtime environment: amazon cloud EC2 c) Very large binary MLM database of members with many of members, so performance is important d) A window server web application for two group of people(via web browser):  ONE Super Admin user and password Admin users  Admin user ( allow to add/update/delete every records and fields)  In future there will be Robot Admin users that handle the admin task automatically via a program interface  Member login to query their membership and network status ( show binary tree). Both PC and smartphone login (iPhone and Android). - e) Graphical display of the binary tree of individual member, with the member as the head of the tree. If the tree is too large, give the first 3 level and provide summary info on total level and total number of downline. f) Audit trails of all updates and delete are kept in Trail_Member TABLE and Trail_Admin_User TABLE g) There will be opportunity to develop a few mobile apps for this project in the next phase. All database schema will be provided. Budget for this phase : $75.
