build an embedded browser desktop application (phase 2)

I need an embedded browser application with 9 browser window run in one screen (full screen). The screen is divided into 9 parts. Each browser should be zoom out into 18%. There is no url input in the browser, the url is set in setting window, open when application started, the url is not changeable after started. When 1 window is clicked, the windows is maximized into full screen, and the other is hiding behind. You can click close button, and it returns to normal 9 windows (see sample animation, play slideshow, and click the top left box). The application can be made in any languanges, but preferrable using Java
