Mobile Application (1747669)

I have an mobile app for learning. I am looking to simplify the application. The application is synced with an online back end which will need some alterations also. Specifically I am looking to add a functionality whereby a user can upload a powerpoint presentation, record their audio over the slides and then send out as a video file to the mobile device. It is not that difficult a task given the technology is already available and the existing CMS was built using open source tech. I am also looking for someone to port the whole solution to android and blackberry. Please note I have the source code for all iOS devices and this can be provided to assist in the porting process.
