Online multiplayer game

I am would like to have an online no limit texas hold 'em game my visitors could join. Here are the features i would need:

- sit 10 players

- all player start with certain amout of chips (configurable)

- a customizable blind structure (7 - 10 rounds)

- options to fold, call, or raise to whatever amount they have left (all-in)

- blinds automatically forced to the two seats to the left of dealer

- knowing when player gets knocked out to advance blind to next seat

- of course random cards every hand

- automatically paying the person the pot according to best ranking of hand

- ability to do side bets (when player can match previous bet)

- knowing when player wins side bet, and second best wins remaining pot(s), etc...

- of course all 52 cards available for play per hand

- multiplayer support

- after players enter 3 min wait till game begins..minimum of 4 players

*** basically i'll need someone that knows the rules to no limit texas hold 'em...It can be a program done in windows that i can run with Local Area Network, or something i can run from a website server. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING WITH PROFILES, OR THE ABILITY FOR REAL MONEY ACCOUNTS. Just a fun program for friends over long distance to enjoy. I'm willing to let you put ads in the program (banner ads, or whatever) if it involves a discount. No copyrights needed so you to can use the game or distribute as u wish...just so i can use it at will! I'm open to ideas or suggestions. I can't afford to alot of money for this, however could be an opportunity for you to sell your "own version"...let me know, willing to talk and negotiate
