Need to make an ios(iPhone and iPad) version (Android version is ready)

I need someone to create an iOS app(iPhone as well as iPad). Android version available on play store and you need to make copy of Android version + extra 2 features. Extra features [login to view URL] to add 5 functions (MS, M+, M-, MC and MR)which is not available on Android app and make those buttons scrollable I will show you sample for it. 2. Show Last 10 latest record on history in Android version, it is only last one. Only Indians can apply and my cost is fixed Rs 8500 including freelance cost. So more than Rs. 8500 will ignore.
