Hello, Thank you very much for posting the job. Though I am new to this particular site I have been freelancing elsewhere for years and I also have 7 years of professional work experience. I have worked on lot of advance excel dash-boarding and VBA coding and delivered them successfully with high quality. To be strong in VBA coding and dash-boarding is one thing. But to make the reporting very simple, quick and user interactive is completely a different thing. This is exactly where I am good at.

Regarding your problem statement, I have designed a tool for a similar purpose for the company I worked for. The tool works some thing like this
1) Booking a room : You give inputs like number of people attending the meeting/training, the schedule (date, time, onetime or repititive etc) Based on these entries, the tool shows all the available rooms meeting the given criteria. You can book a suitable room. Once you book the room the tool sends a confirmation email to the host.
2) Summary of meetings. You can get the summary of all the meetings/training by room number, by date, by host etc..
This is all done on excel which is free and simple to customize for ever changing business needs. I think I can make you a tool similar to this and tailor it to match you specific needs
