I am currently maintaining an ionic app, and happy to build this mvp app for you, but please advise if you have any preference for ionic 1 or ionic 2. My current app is in ionic 1, but looking to do something in ionic 2, so this would be a great opportunity for me as well. Just a note I don't have design skills, so not sure if the UI has already been done for this project, but if yes, count me in.
