Sunrise Group of Companies are based in Irvington, NJ and we prefer to have a local person on-site - Need assistance setting up QuickBooks Pro online and desktop versions - Subscription to Quickbooks Pro online obtained - Initial setup done with users created - Multiple group companies, set up as divisions in the system - Need consultant to help with complete setup and creation of detailed accounts - Our goal is to use to manage account payables and inventory purposes - Already purchased Fujitsu multi-feed scanner, need assistance to set up with Quickbooks to enable scanning multiple invoices. Once the invoice is scanned, parsed data should self-populate the appropriate fields in Quickbooks Pro - Once the above is completed, train 2 staff members to be trained in entering invoices - Develop and customize reports from Quickbooks Pro that can be automatically sent to the corporate and divisional management teams It may take two to three days, willing to work on a fixed price or per hour model.
