WANTED: Entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Executive Assistant (based in European timezone)

Hi I'm a digital entrepreneur based in London, UK. I help baby boomers start online businesses and I run an online business education and events company. I am looking for a right hand man / woman to do those "simple not so simple" tasks that take me away from what I do best - producing educational content for people. Some tasks will be routine. Most won't. You need to be someone who can figure things out on your own. Sometimes, I will give you something to do with step by step instructions. Sometimes, I will give you something to do I've never done myself so you'd be expected to research and contact the relevant people to figure it out and get the job done. So if you like to be challenged, this is for you! "Don't tell me about the labor pains, just show me the baby" You need to be pro-active, be able to work independently and learn things fast. Unlike many canned job posts, you don't need to be an "excellent communicator" This is a hybrid position between a executive assistant and a right hand man / woman who can help and get things done for a digital marketing business. The right person will have the potential to rise to COO of the company. The types of tasks: Business development: - Manage small website projects (wordpress tweaks, no coding skills required) - Copywriting (Can you write a basic Facebook post?) - Social media management (research, post and update company FB pages) - Very simple video editing (add / remove this image type thing) Business admin: - Invoicing - Sending and following up payments - Help arrange business trips, meetings, and events - Monitor, organize and prioritize emails - Organize my calendar, remind me tasks - Carry out background research and present findings Experience needed: - You must have worked as an EA/PA for an entrepreneur/high level exec - You must have had your own online business at some point or worked for another digital entrepreneur / events company I don't care what education you have / don't have. Languages? English is all that's needed Salary / pay / bonuses and benefits: Hourly rate for 5-20 hours per week to start with, performance-based quarterly bonuses and incentives, the opportunity to join my company masterminds and staff retreats around the world and free access to our courses for which clients pay up to $50,000 each.
