We also have Russian clients who target within Russia and Ukraine. We have Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking employees, we can make ads in these languages. One of our strongest skills is Google Ads and Facebook marketing, we are certified. We also have experience with dating area. Specifically, one of our clients is a company performing speed-dating events for Russian-speaking citizens of Germany. It's not exactly the same as what you do but targeted people are driven by the same motive, so it's not new to us. As you told Facebook is no more an option, I would propose opportunities analysis for Google Ads. We will ask some details on the results you need, then will collect 100+ relevant words in Russian and send you a plan with estimated click costs and available audience size. You can then easily calculate if it makes sense for you to run such an ads. If you choose to go on, we can create and run an ads campaign for you.
