SEO my website to be on Google Page 1

I have a client with a 7 page weebly site that its currently running for a 7 months and need some SEO help. the website is about a IT consulting company (not products). I require website SEO to be carried out on several keywords & keyword combinations (will provide to the bid winner) to get my website on the First Page of google search (within top5). I need someone who has experience in this kind of work and has proven results. When applying for this job please give me a brief rundown of 1. HOW you expect to be able to do this, also please include your company examples website. 2. Please give an estimate of how long you think it will take you to get me front page results. The SEO techniques requirements: 1. No black hat or grey hat methods, Only White Hat methods. 2. Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised. 3. No unethical methods, SEO Spam techniques and no junk profile building techniques are to be used 4. Links must be from English language websites only, must be visible, readable, indexable 5. Links must be permanent, links must be one-way links and no links from under construction pages. 6. Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.7. Links that are not approved must be replaced.8. Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 60-90 days.9. No [login to view URL] blocking. 10. No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.11. No use of automated software or bots, no link farms, link exchange programs and web rings and no paid traffic sites.12. No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. No unethical sites.13. No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox. I need a SEO person to do the following. Do a key word analysis report for me so I can work with my client to create a SEO plan for the website. 1. SEO Analysis Report • Research the keywords for the local market. This is a local business and there is no need for international markets – local markets only • Analyse the current website for good practice – does the current website meet good practice and if not what do we need to do to make it right. • Write the report so I can review with my client 2. SEO on site work (on the home page which will be the target page). This will be done after I review the report with the client. • Insert the keywords and meta tags and descriptions • Analyse the HTML and fix issues • Analyse and fix any issues with links and images (such as ALT) • Check and fix any internal or external links • Check load times and any browser compatibility issues • Create a HTML and XML site Map. 3. Create LOCAL links • Create LOCAL links for the site. I DO NOT want a black hat links, I would rather a smaller number of good quality white hat links. So these are the 3 deliverables and the way I review your bids are 1. The cost. I will set a limit or a filter at AUD110 and anyone on or above will not be reviewed. 2.
