Seeking an SEO / Google AdWords Guru with an Entrepreneurial Spirit

Greetings. I've been managing eCommerce and Web Site projects long enough to know that the typical SEO and/or Google AdWords gig works like this: The expert (you) goes in and does their thing by optimizing and enhancing the site by fine tuning all of the applicable pages, meta tags, titles, etc; gets their pay for the gig and then goes on their way. Albeit, sometimes a multi-month gig, it's still almost always a "one-and-done". And then what happens? The site owner/operator gets to reap ALL of the benefits, income and profits of your expertise. Somehow that doesn't seem right. I'd like to propose a different model. I'd like to find an SEO and/or Google AdWords Guru who wants to continue to earn income from the results of their hard work because as well all know, popular keywords change; google analytics get modified; etc. Yes, there will be a flat compensation fee to get the site up and running, but you'll also earn a percentage of all of the income generated from the site as long as you continue to tweak, modify and enhance the site. Doesn't that sound like a better way to get rewarded for your efforts? If you have an entrepreneurial philosophy, you probably agree with that because it gives you the motivation and opportunities for rewards that drive that spirit. The site itself runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. It presents a line of items that are quickly rising in popularity and national interest. There are currently over 1,900 products in dozens of carefully crafted Categories, Sub-Categories, and Sub-Sub-Categories. New products are being added all of the time. It looks and feels like it, but it's not a traditional eCommerce Store. It operates on an affiliate model where the site gets rewarded when someone buys something via affiliate links from the site. We also have well-run Social Media pages. However, if you have experience managing Social Media pages, that would be a big plus. Interested? Want to be rewarded now AND moving forward for the expertise you have? Most importantly, I'm only looking for DFW-based gurus. I want to meet - and continue to meet with for strategy planning - the individual who is managing the SEO and Google AdWords aspects of the site.
