Screen Printers wanted

I need some help with my business. looking for experienced screen printers with a business mindset. here's the breakdown. I invested in 25k in machines and the space. Looking for someone who has experience running a Screenprinting business or needs space to print. I have - 6 screen manual press - UV light machine - laptops - printer - dark room - oven - 1,000 square feet of space - tables - bathroom - wash sink - ink - website I think everything to make this work. previous business partners just didn't work out. So im looking to bring someone in and just make this work. if you have ideas and a business mindset, or you wanna rent space in down to just make this space work out and make something happen. For me it's dead space not being used in a business I own. It's in the basement of a business I own and I just wanna bring some people in who can help make some $$$.
