online marketing specialist for German online course for a niche

I created a premium German online course on a public online course site (that website is not mine, it's a public course builder website "thinkific". I'd like help for online marketing for a certain niche in West-Europe, Germany and Australia. I am not looking to waste money on advertisement for Google ads just anywhere online but only on sites for my niche. I have tried fb adds and google ads and there were no results, I wasted my money basically as it didn't reach the niche of a particular German Language Learner. So I am looking for someone who can guide me to put the right ads reaching the right niche. Here is a description of my niche: - people who are absolute Beginner learner of German ( = A1 Level, milestone 1) - people who have a learning goal that they need to reach within a certain time frame - people who move to Germany, or need to work toward an exam, people who need to learn German for business or to be able to communicate with their partner, people who want to work/study eventually in a german speaking country - people who are not looking for free content, but for professional coaching step by step - people who love the online learning experience as they can plan to log in/out when they have time from where ever they are - people who look for safe and fast results and look for a coach with a Uni degree/ teaching experience and skills -people who speak english! so they understand my course. It's taught in english Ideally I am looking for someone who is specialised in niche marketing for premium online courses. Provide me please with your ideas on how you would do the marketing, examples of your previous achievement and example advertisements.
