Marketing for my Agency

I run an medium sized agency in the US. I am in need of marketing services for my agency. The goal is to generate leads for my company, and get me or my staff on the phone with the prospect. Let me repeat this, because it is important, you MUST produce good leads for me and my staff. I don't care how you do this. You can use any method you like so long as it results in leads for my business. We will give you a login to our CRM (ZoHo) and you will place leads there. I will pay you some small rate per lead, AND 15% of the contract price. For reference, the majority of our clients spend approximately $3,000 for a website, and $2,000 per month on PPC. For PPC clients ONLY, you will be paid 15% of the management fee. Once the project price is spent, we will do another project so that you have ongoing work. The rate per lead will depend on your experience and the quality of leads. We will not accept stale leads over 7 days old. We will not accept leads that have no budget (we call them tire kickers). Our minimum budget is $2,200 for a website and $1,200/mo for PPC. WE offer monthly payments for websites, the minimum is $250/mo for a website. When I accept your proposal, I will tell you more about our offerings, and why our pricing is set as it is. IMPORTANT: For your proposal to be considered, you MUST provide the following: 1. how you will generate leads 2. how long until you provide leads 3. If you will screen leads before we receive them. 4. Your MINIMUM rate for each lead. For obvious reasons, we will start low and as your performance shows reliability, we will increase your rate. For example: if you are bidding $500 and your price is $.50 per lead, you should mention that you will provide 1,000 leads for your bid price.
