Looking for Experienced Affiliate Marketer with Good Content Writing Skills

I am looking for an experienced affiliate marketer who has worked on affiliate marketing for a minimum of 2 years. It would be great if the person can create custom content on his own for marketing. I would like to know about your previous work before finalizing the best candidate to work on my project. People having experience working with Click Bank Affiliate Marketing will be most preferred. I would like to know your plan of action in order to get result. Bids will be accepted only from experienced candidates who can prove their skills and experience in affiliate marketing. This is an on-going project and hence I am looking for serious candidate who would work with me in long term and can show some proven result. Selected candidate will get a fixed monthly payment plus performance incentive based on result shown.
