Internet/social marketing kick-off project

Our company has an eCommerce website on Shopify that is ready for launch with 500 Product SKUs . The Store includes fashion costume jewelry products by independent costume jewelry designers/brands from all around the world, which most of them come from fashion districts. The artisans provide unique creative products with the latest fashion trends. The business model is a combination of dropshipping and wholesale. We intend to start from jewelry products and add other fashion items like accessories and clothing later depending on how the jewelry business goes. We would like to launch a marketing/sales kick-off for the website and need help on designing and launching of marketing/sales kick-off plan and implementation. We need the freelance to be familiar with the online marketing language in this industry for preparing marketing material. The price is adjustable and will agree on the price after discussion. We will define milestones for the project and will continue to the next step if we are satisfied with the previous step result. here is our store address for your reference: [login to view URL] Here are the areas we need support to kick-off our marketing/sales and set up the required tools for maintaining it: 1- Improvement/Optimization of the web look and contents as well as making it SEO friendly for visitor attraction and traffic creation o Homepage optimization (contents and look of the home page- improving look of sliders, Store banner product categories pictures, etc. if needed) o SEO Optimization of contents, menus, product pages as well as SEO friendly renaming of products and product descriptions for traffic as needed o Content development for better introduction of the store and attracting audience (improve the “about us” section, develop a couple of SEO friendly articles for the blog section with subjects related to costume jewelry, fashion trends in jewelry, etc. * Note: we have a Shopify app for SEO already installed that helps to identify SEO problems and fix it. You can use that for SEO. * Note: Some brands imagery is available for changing website banners as needed 2- Set up and customization of our Facebook and Pinterest accounts o Prepare Facebook and Pinterest contents including descriptions, photos /posters/ad pictures (Same contents developed for the web can be used here- we already have a facebook account created) o Facebook & Pinterest Optimization (SEO friendly pictures/ about section/entertaining contents/keywords) 3- Design and implement a roll-out plan with a three to six month period which will include design of promotional material/ strategies and implementing them through different channels. Some of them include the following: o Help us with pricing/sales o Limited time promotions/sales o Coupons/awards o Promotional campaigns or contests o Email marketing (We have a mailchimp account set-up and connected to the store) o Referral and loyalty programs o Advertise on Facebook o Sell on facebook/Instagram (Spreesy app available for this purpose) o Advertise on other recommended paid channels (For the paid advertising, we need a strategic step by step plan for wise spending of our budget plus an estimation of traffic generation and conversion rates for each recommended channel) o Retargeting ads for customers previously visiting the website * Note: We are currently on the free version of sales/marketing software called Wishpond ([login to view URL]) which enables creating and managing campaigns, ads, referral promotions, facebook, retargeting ads, etc. We also would like to know if this would be a good software to use for preparing and sharing sales and marketing contents.
