We are the new kid on the block of online recruiting. What sets us a part is our business model, and approach to online recruiting. We are looking for a potential long-term partner, who will build the traffic to our website from ground up, using different marketing strategies, and competitive analysis. With this being said, we are looking for visionary who can deliver short term results (on a budget), and properly plan growth through different channels. Currently we have some ideas about messaging we want to put in front of our potential clients. The rest is wide open. In order to succeed, you need to be able to: * Analyze Website Landing Pages, Local Search Engine Result Page, Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis * Develop and execute plan, at least for the starts. * It's important to have an accent on reaching recruiters to post job openings on the website, and secondary reach potential candidates. We are not particular about approach. Results are what counts. You can decide what will bring the best results.
