Inbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for a full-time sales rockstar! We're looking for a hard-working and experienced sales professional for our growing web design company.

You'll mostly be closing sales leads, over the phone.

This is a full-time REMOTE position.

The Company

We are a fast growing web company which specializes in building e-commerce websites for medium to large-sized businesses. Our client base stretches across North America.

If you're someone who's ambitious, likes to continually challenge yourself, is an excellent team player, and can handle a flexible schedule, then this is for you!

Qualifications/ Required Skills:

--1-2 years of selling experience is mandatory

--Bachelor Degree in Communications or other business-related field

--Superior organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and follow-up with clients

--Energetic, positive, and professional over the phone when talking with clients

--Have reliable phone and internet access on a daily basis

--Goal-driven

--Visionary and strategic

--Team player

--Fluent in English

Sales Responsibilities Include:

--Manage sales calls with warm leads

--Use our self-sourcing system to identify and cold call clients 3-4 hours a week

--The ability to handle challenging clients and situations effectively is a must

--Process sales and accepts payment from customers, over the phone

--Avoid high pressure and pushy sales tactics

--You're well organized and are familiar with using CRM systems to build client lists and contacts in a timely matter.
