Ibt social networking & traffic generation project

My name is Ian, After an 18-year career as an IT Manager, I set up my own internet marketing company specifically adopting email marketing using sales funnels. I currently have a number of campaigns running in the Internet Marketing, Male Dating, Auto insurance niches, but I'm finding it a challenge to generate quality organic traffic that leads to conversions. In the course of my traffic generation research, I uploaded some of my links to the Google Search engine, to facilitate targeted search-driven traffic. I also created a Facebook page and Group with a view to driving traffic to my page, provide them with free books and offers to generate organic traffic and build my email list. My challenge is; Effectively place my add on the Google Search Engine and have it optimised so that appears on the first page of a search. Optimise my Facebook page, Facebook Group and apply social networking techniques to generate leads and subsequent conversions. I am keen to meet someone who is knowledgeable in this area, pragmatic, patient and able to communicate in layman language so we can overcome this challenge. I have no idea of costs for experts in this area, so if you could enlighten me we can discuss and come to equitable arrangement once we start seeing results. I have a pretty good framework already running using tools such as ClickFunnels, Email Service Provider - Aweber as the autoresponder. All I need is just to generate traffic and conversions.
