Google Shopping Ads Setup & Management from Shopify Product Data

We've just launched our new shopify store having moved from a Magento solution which hasn't used google shopping for a couple of years and we need to get the site advertised on google shopping. We've used [login to view URL] to import our product data into Google Merchant Centre, but we need someone to setup our ad campaigns and measure effectiveness to generate a positive ROI. We then need these campaigns managing and tweaking on a regular basis (every few days, twice a week maybe?) to ensure that they're performing well. We would like both onsite and offsite SEO performing to help us in natural search results. An initial contract period of 2 months is offered to get this set up and running, with a view to continuing until the end of 2018 if the ads are performing well. The items we sell are seasonal decorations. The successful candidate should have several years experience working with google shopping & SEO and we would like to see some examples of past work in this field. We are happy to pay an upfront amount and then a monthly retainer to reflect the workload. As we are essentially new to Google Shopping we would be hoping to learn from you as time goes on so that we can adjust things ourselves. Ideally, if you could provide some screen share sessions over the next few months where you explain what you're looking for, what you're doing and why etc so we can manage this ourselves. We believe we have google analytics set up and working, but any tracking such as this should be checked to ensure we're monitoring all the right things.
