Generating Leads For Web Design and mobile app development Company

We have a Software Development Firm based in Bangalore, India and we do software development using Microsoft .Net, C#,SQL 2008,,Php, iPhone, Mac Apps, E-Commerce web sites,HTML, CSS and JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, SQL and custom process automation for various companies based in USA, Europe and Australia. we want you to generate leads for potential new customers in US , UK and INDIA in order to expand our client base. I want you to bid per verifiable lead generated - lead would need to have 1. Company based in USA, UK and INDIA using one of the above technologies for their IT requirements. 2. Lead will have to have a contact name, phone number and email address of the person in charge for IT or at least Manager of IT. 3. Email address should not bounce. We want a max of 10 leads to start off with. Also I want to know what is your strategy to start with and what is your prerequisite.
