Find me a CRM that is ideal for an online freelancing platform like Freelancer or Upwork, with the following features: - Can track visitors and users’ behavior on the website - Has strong marketing automation capabilities - Can automatically track a user’s project types (what categories of project they are working on) and the project’s state (open, closed, in progress, complete, paid,etc…) - Is suitably priced for our budget ($100/month if it’s a SaaS) - Include the word superstar in your proposal if you are reading this - Can give detailed reports of sales per customer, per category, per marketing channel, etc… - Allows us to set up automated workflows to automatically take a large number of possible actions based on users’ behavior, information related to their projects, or any other event that we define - Can obviously handle email campaigns as part of the automated processes we define - Ideally, multi-funnel capable, since the same user can be at a different stages of the funnel across several funnels (project creation/progress) at the same time

What I found was - to stay in that price range and to have those features - that I actually had to use a program (like Zapier) - to connect apps that have functional competitive strengths - such as CRM, Messaging (Slack), Accounting ( Quickbooks), Campaigns (Mailchimp). etc. Programs have their niche, but I haven't seen any that really pull it together perfectly - for that price.
